Travel adjust - must do 100mm and 120mm (remote would be ideal)
15mm or 20mm axle
Lightweight

must do 100mm and 200mm

and be active at both travels? or just 'lock down' to 100mm rigid?

top of my head you might get a Bionicon like that but most 200mm travel forks are DH only.

RS SID XXs and DT XMM 120s both have remote lockouts and 15mm axles, both are lightweight, and the SIDs can be set at 100mm or 120mm, but I don't think either do a travel adjust version.

Why do you want travel adjust between 100mm and 120mm? Wouldn't fixed 120mm travel with lockout do the trick?

EDIT: Just noticed you don't mention whether this is for 26" or 29" wheels. Fox do a 120mm 32 Talas for 29rs: link.

Can you get revelations in 120/100 Dual Position Air? I have found the DPA on my lyriks great, much better than the 2 Step that used to be in there and smoother than my coil Pikes.

Have you tried contacting Loco? he may be able to make get you some Rock Shox Reba RLT Dual position Air forks or you may be able to pick up some U-Turn Reba's that you could possibly put pop lock on.

[edit] cant figure out if these are 29er or not but may fill your requirements
