I'd guess 10mm more travel would give 20mm longer a to c, as both the stanchions and the lowers would need to be 10mm longer. But a quick google suggests a to c would only increase by 10mm. Is that right?

And the BB would increase by approx 5mm if a to c increased by 10mm, as it's about midway between front and back wheels?

The lowers are already longer than the stanchions for most forks, so no need to increase the length of the lowers.
