Hi all,
What should be the actual distance of stantion visible from crown to seal for a fork with 100mm travel? I know silly question but wanted to check 😀

Depends on the fork, I've had some with ~10mm of unused stanchion, and others where they bottomed out on the seals.
I guess a well designed fork would have 100mm.
