If I was going to the Forest of Dean, where should I stay, or doesn't it matter?

I'd always thought that was Georgia? And I'll be on a bike, not a canoe.

The bunkhouse at the Fountain Inn, Parkend as suggested by Tollah and on thefod website above is as good as anywhere. Reasonable cost, good food and beer at the adjoining pub and dead handy for some of the best trails in the Forest.

Psling, there are no good trails in the forest you know that!! And if you were to follow a 'local' you'll only get lost anyhow!
