[Closed] Foreign Offroad Touring Destination Ideas

Looking for ideas for mountain bike touring routes that covers interesting offroad terrain. Looking to travel light and staying in different places each night. In a perfect world there would be someone to porter kit between destinations. Not adverse to camping/bivying if need be. Anyone done anything similar self organised or organised?

The only catch is that we're stuck to a week in March which rules out lots of destinations based on temperature.

Had a look at the french GRs but most of them go too high for March and the lower ones look pretty dull. I imagine there could be some good variants though.
