I am just now riding the same bike, but have removed the Lupines for the day, and the Wahoo is reading perfectly.

For those of you who had been getting poor speed readings from you Wahoo ELEMNT, check that there are no electric bits interfering.

LED lights in the kitchen kill the DAB radio.

Given the premium cost of Lupine lights, you'd have thought they wouldn't be putting out any electrical noise!

My cheap Spokeshirts light and Aldi 'Moon Comet' rip off don't affect my Elemnt Bolt.

the wireless catseye speedo i use on the road bike cuts out near anything high voltage like over head power cables and the like

I have had a GoPro interfering with my Garmin. As soon as I switch the camera on, can see the GPS signal strength dropping.

It works if they are mounted a bit further apart on the handlebars. Or wrapping the GoPro in foil might help.
