SS/rigid it. It's all rideable on a SS Cx bike. Actually I maybe totaly wrong but it was last year. Not that I tried on the day, too many people about. "Sadly" we are away this year otherwise i would show you how its done.

Its on soon. I have seriously lost my biking mojo and I am at a year's peak of fatness/ lack of fitness...if I turn up I might blast one lap and be happy to die there and then rather than finish the two...(if I can get off my arse and actually do it at all that is..)
did I hear that the 10mile loop will become a permanent fixture soon?
