Ahh it's a slippery slope. Happened to me once, so I swallowed a spider to catch the fly, then a bird to get the spider and before a knew where I was there was a whole cow inside me

I hate riding along sounding like a cat clearing a furball after some fly's hit the back of my throat.

I tend to breath through clenched teeth if travelling at speed, now.

ride with your head down - no more flies to swallow and also you don't get to see anything inconvenient such as red lights, lorries etc
