I am organising riding the full Flanders sportive with a large group of friends and our base is Bruges. I'm quite familiar with riding in the area of Oudenaarde / central Flanders, but wasn't keen on using cars to get to this area, so wondered if anyone has some recommendation riding from central Bruges, we have the day free before the sportive and hope to do around 40 odd miles and get the group use to riding pavé and Belgium in general.
Any recommendations please ??

you won't have to leave Brugge to get some pavé , there's plenty of it in the town! I think you'll find it a bit difficult finding any outside of Brugge.

Will give it some thought, plan B will be head towards Oudenaarde in cars for the day with the bikes, but was hoping not to use the cars.
