Yo,

On a todays ride, which i thought was going surprisingly well, I managed to get my Gill Pro Speed eVent jacket caught on a thorn. The end result is only a little tear, 1cm x 1cm, but obviously the waterproofing is compromised. Can anyone recommend the best way to fix? I was just going to put a bit of vulcanised glue on it, but thought i would check to see what the STW massives suggest first.

Cheers and here is a piccie:

Any more help finding the post? Searched and manually looked through the last 10 pages from the Bike forum with no joy.

You can buy little adhesive patches of similar fabric from places like needlesports.com.

I just ripped my Howies 36KPH jacket on a door handle. Sent it off to a company called www.lsr.gb.com who do just this sort of thing....Not got it back yet, so can't comment on the work
