Wanting to send some five tens back, the shop I bought them from don't deal with five ten anymore.. Anyone know the uk distributor please? Cheers
No idea who the distributor is, but if there's a problem then that's for the shop to figure out anyway
As above - shop is still responsible, your contract is with them, not the distributor.
That said, the distributor might be happy to deal with you direct and it might save some hassle. I believe it's these guys:

Now a division of the mighty Adidas. UK distributor has been dumped.
Has the sole fallen off your 5:10s by any chance?

Cheers chaps, yeah I contacted the seller but she replied with this:
Unfortuantley with footwear of this nature we did not offer any warranty due to the nature of the sport itself and general wear and tear on the products, we are also no longer stockists for Five Ten.I would suggest as you are unhappy with the item you would be best to contact Five Ten direct and they may request for the item to be returned back to them for assessment. If you require any further information to support your claim with them I can happily send a copy of your receipt for the item.
Marko, yeah the rubber toe is coming away from the upper, I've had them 8 month to be honest but not worn this particular pair that much, I could try glue it back but it just seems wrong that they can charge so much for shoes (although I did get a good discount on them) and this seems to be an ongoing issue with the impacts although never had a problem with the other five tens.
So is adidas now who I contact?
I've had five tens replaced under warranty when they fell apart prematurely. this was a few year back though.
I didn't think you can choose not to offer a warranty? SOGA and all that?
Your warranty is with the shop, they can't just opt out like that
Straight back to them with SOGA
As above there is no uk distributor now, bigstone haven't done it for a few years as they don't exist any more.
Not quite true, Big Stone no longer handle Five Ten, but there is a UK sales office.
Your warranty is with the shop, who should see you sorted. If you struggle with that, I can at least ask Five Ten UK on your behalf - I'd have to ask you for something for our time but we might be able to handle a return to Five Ten for you, assuming you have a proof of purchase.

Cheers Simon, much appreciated, I might do that and yes I have the reciept.
I've sent an email to five ten so I'll see what they come up with first.
Hi,
Had the same issue and got in touch with them. They are based in Rotherham. Sent emails and they asked me to return them through the shop I bought them from - J E James, Chesterfield who kindly did and I got a refund again through the shop.
I bought some from CRC as LBS don't sell tjem. Sole started peeling off after a couple of rides. I sent them photos and they just sent me a new pair. Didn't ask for old pair to be returned so just glued the sole back on. All good really.
