afternoon...
finally got out and went for my first ride since my wrist op...
did i feel and look like a fat, asthmatic biffer? yes
did i nearly explode on the first hint of a climb? yes
was it the best thing ever being back on the bike after almost a year off? Hell yes!!!
heres to a few months of road bike action and then i will be back off road, probably just as it starts raining again!!!

Thanks... it felt sooooo good to be riding again. Even tho I only did 10 miles and I know its gonna hurt tomorrow. 12 miles tomorrow 8)
