Anyone know where to get one? I have the standard one in my fork at the minute but it's a bit soft and running with air preload makes the fork feel a bit "notchy". I read in some reviews that you could get a firm spring though and run it without any preload, but I can't seem to find em anywhere? Had a look on CRC, TF Tuned etc but nobody seems to stock em? They're a 2010 model btw.

With the notchyness, it might be worth lifting the dust seals and lubricating the foam rings, I did my 2012s a few weeks back and they were dry as a bone, much more sensitive again now.

Marzocchi mechanic recommended removing the foam rings. I don't think you can get a firm spring, soft or medium only.

boxxer,

Really simple! Get a small screwdriver and carefully prise up the dust wiper, they are not held in with much force at all, then lift out the foam rings and lubricate, I used some tf lower lube mix on mine then pop them back down and push the wiper seal back in by hand. Simples!

I got firm springs for my 2011 55 R's from my LBS who stocks Marzocchi. Thattos Cycles (Bikesyoulike) on the web. Great shop btw.

The springs made a big difference if you are packing a bit of timber.

Only problem there is that they are just the normal steel springs unlike the Rc3 which uses a Titanium one. Im sure someone on the forum was selling a set with a different spring in there Rc3 Ti's
