A Q for all you manufacturers out there - does a nice email with a design problem/fault/issue/suggestion actually go noticed?
I seem to reasonably regularly send some emails, and having just sent one more realised I have never had a reply.
(Latest one is a plea to Endura to make the velcro tabs on Strike gloves be accessible/doable with said gloves on, not my teeth...)

I listen. Its good to listen. But there are usually good reasons why many things are like they are, and I'm not a fan of design by committee.
