Right I have a damaged Gios frame, I've done my homework on it and it is a 'budget' built Gios from the late 80's. To have it repaired, painted and stickered would cost as much as a brand new Steel Gios.
So I've decided to get the hole fixed at a workshop and then painted by a custom frame pianter for £40!
I'm carrying out all the braze on removals, and luckily it has the old style horizontal dropouts.
What I want to know is if anyone does 'nice' singlespeed bits, that's where the faux comes in as I'm going to run s/s.
Also I've got some old Campag on campag wheels but they're 7 speed screw on, can they be somehow converted to s/s?

The threads on your Campag wheel will be 35mmx 24TPI, ISO is 1.375x24 approx 34.9x 24 but metric BMX freewheels are 30mm. What the fit would be like I cant say as there is 0.1mm difference in the thread pitch between the Italian and the ISO.
