Hi Guys.
I'm looking for a pair of new (RED) grips.
I currently run the Race Face Good n' Evil which are very nice but i would like to get something thicker.
- if anyone train with Kettlebells i'm looking for something with the same size as the handle..
hope someone can help me find the grip i'm looking for??
Regards!
Lizard Skins North Shore are nice & thick. Highly recomended.
I'm a thick grip man too.
Dunno about Kettlebells to compare, but I swear by these.
I need thick grips as well and have been recommended these by the STW collective Lizard Skins North Shore They are much thicker than my old Outland Enduro lock ons, soft rubber, but not too soft, very good feel and got rid of pain in the fingers. You can get different colour collars as well if they have to be red.
Really, really good grips. Probably best I used.
have a look at BMX grips - they come in various thicknesses & are really comfy.
SQ Lab
Oury grips are pretty thick
ESI Chunky's - made of silicon and really light and comfy.
Sunline Logo Thick are, as the name suggests, very thick.
Thanks guys!
ODI Rogues are nice and big, no idea if availabel in "(RED)" though 🙂
Oury. brilliant grips
ODI Rogues. Big, comfy and grippy. And they come in red.
i've never met anyone who said;
'my fingers were quite painfull, i tried thinner grips and it was much better'
someone, somewhere, is responsible for the 'thin grips are better' trend, and we've all been suffering years of pain as a result.
we should find this person, and tell them off.
i thought i was going to have to quit biking until i tried thicker grips. (sunline logo thick)
depends on the size of your hands surely?? and length of the ride too?
thin grips are more about control than comfort.
Odi Rogues are my grip of choice and you can get pretty coloured lock-on collars too.

How? Surely the right size grip for your hand is going to give you the best control.
ODI rouges for me too. I love a big diameter 😯
Another vote for ODI Rogues

i was responding to this.

thin grips give of a slight of touch not afforded with big thick ones.
ever seen a surgeons scalpel with a inch diameter handles?
Sunline Big S grips work for me. They're the thickest grips in the Sunline range (go to Descent-Gear.com for them). They aren't available in red I don't think, but I installed them on my DH rig and they're brilliant. I have more control as I have better grip, and I don't get blisters off them like with my old skinny Bontragers, despite being a fairly hard compound (I prefer hard compound grips as I get more control).
They're really thick, and the best grip I've ever used.
I got ESI chunky grips recently to replace Peaty lock-ons. I was a bit sceptical at first as they feel a bit squishy to begin with, but when i swapped bikes back to the peatys i realised how good they were. Both bikes now have them and they come in loads of colours. Got them from here...
