A couple of days ago I emailed USE to see if they sell the top half of the Joystick helmet mount as a spare part as I had lost mine while moving house.ย Got an email back the next day from a guy called Matt asking for my address and they sent one out in the post to me as a "gesture of goodwill".ย The new mount arrived this morning and is now fitted on my helmet and ready for commuting duties next week.
So a big thank you to Matt and USE for their outstanding customer service and act of kindness ๐

Second their custormer service after I had an issue with a post. Had received it as a prize, sorted ultra fast and not had the same issue since.
