Is it bad? Feeling a bit coldy and run down at the mo, but I really don't want to miss out on this nice weather. Is exercise going to hinder my recovery?

If its on your chest, give it a rest. If its in your head go, er, ahead.

If I'm well enough to feel like going for a potter on the bike then I do. If I'm too ill, I don't feel like riding anyway. If it's too much for you, your body will soon tell you.

Gently does it. Hard exercise with a cold is linked to sudden adult death syndrome.

My opinion tho is gentle exercise opens up the airways and you clear yur lungs.

As Jojo says - listen to your body. go for a potter but no racing!

Thats the sudden adult death syndrome thing I think.

Hence gently does it - no pushing yourself
