Just a post to congratulate Superstar on great service.
I needed a headset race, they were out of stock. I emailed asking if they had any floating about, and got back to me saying they'd found one and will send it out FOC.
Today a package turns up containing not only a brand new headset race but also a bag of Haribo, completely free.
So thank you Superstar, one very happy customer 🙂
I also had an excellent experience from them this week, free pedal pins sent out FOC with no fuss.

I've also had good experience of there customer service lately, credit where it's due.
Superstar sent me a wheel with the wrong axle fitted.
I pointed it out and they sent correct one straight away FOC, telling me to keep t'other one.
Turns out I later needed it anyway, so that worked out nice.
