Sent my AXS Reverb to them for a service as it was getting a bit notchy and was stuck down about 25mm.
They have just called me and told me it's bent and no point servicing it.
They said they were happy to send it back for the cost of postage - at which point, I said I wanted to pay for their time
Was told no, it's fine - I followed that up with I'd really like to, as in addition I'd like a report to assist with a warranty claim (it's less than two years old).
Still wouldn't accept payment and happy to write an email that should cover things as they have a good relationship with SRAM.
So, if nothing else, they get a good recommendation from me on here
They are always excellent - especially on the phone.
And on email. I was informed very nicely this week that the 18 year old forks I'd sent pictures of weren't worth throwing money at 😂
Love to hear that TF Tuned are still going strong and delivering excellent service. If nothing else it's good to know that some outfits can still make a business out of just doing good work and being nice about it!

Same - I used them loads when I was MTB racing (back in the day!) and they were always excellent. They did all the servicing and custom tuning on my forks and shocks for several years.
