My son wanted to borrow my Cycleops turbo trainer so I dug it out of the garage only to find the wheel tension adjuster knob missing. I emailed Paligap to ask if they could supply a replacement directly or suggest where I could buy one. They replied saying no problem they'll pop one in the post FOC.
Two days later the TT is now working again, many thanks Paligap. 🙂
