it says discount cannot be used in conjunction with another offer or discount so maybe the reduced price excludes that item?
Didn't work for me for a seatpost.
I think it's quite specific on what products it applies to, as well as sale items.

I had a problem with the code on three orders, phone them up after ordering and they will refund the amount that should have been discounted, they sorted it out for me each time with no fuss.
The discount has ended now tho unfortunately, got some good bargains while that was on!
