As title, is it worth getting one or does the charge damper stay pretty clean as it's internals?
Which home mechanics do and what intervals?
If you’re going to service the damper you’ll need something to bleed it, might as well be the Epic one
i have had excellent service from Epic, always answers mail and goes beyond what is required
Hope levels of customer service so i always recommend them but no experience of the product you mention
Used to be it was pretty much essential if you wanted to home service a Charger fork, they needed bled pretty frequently. I have the epic kit, it does the job perfectly.
I got one to service my Pike damper. Works fine. Not sure how I'd do it if I didn't buy it other than buying another bleed kit.
Is it fairly easy to do at home or do you guys always use new o rings kit as well or just service reusing the parts?
How often should you bleed Northward? Did you do it on the recommended interval or longer?
Also, I have a 2014/15 pike and when to put new bushings in the fork? I do the lower leg service but what needs doing other than the charge damper?
Did mine recently again and it's surprising the colour difference between the oil that came out and the new going in. So it must break down or something. Worth doing whenever you do a lowers service really. It doesn't take much longer. I only drain the old oil out and put fresh in mind. Haven't felt the need for a full rebuild.
Instructions are in the manuals for your forks.
