Cannondale's Trigger Carbon 2 at Paul's Cycles is a bargain. Various Jekkyls too.

Bargains are drying up now we're getting into spring, what size are you?

And do you lean more towards the trail or enduro side of things?

I'm a small/medium depending on which bike, and really want a pedal friendly bike that is equally capable on the downs!

If it's anything like my 111 it'll be a bit on the lardy side but more fun than anything else out there.

Process 153 is a monster, great bike, not the lightest about 14.5kg stock but since lb carbon wheels helped get mine lighter, but still very robust

I just got the Spartan xp (the cheaper one) from freeborn and changed it to 1x11.
Pedals up hills as well as my '2014 zesty even without locking it out and descends much better. Does feel a 'big' more downhill orrientated bike but pleased so far. Not as long reach as other new bikes.

Capra...at the longer end of the spectrum (and longer end of wait time too!)

Bird aeris and canyon spectral were the two I looked at . Ended up with the bird and haven't been dissapointed . Whyte t130 is nice too but a bit less travel than your after

I have a Norco Sight 140 upfront which I bought a month ago. All good so far and suits me fine. There is the Range I think which is slacker and has 160 travel

at the risk of thread hijacking glad to hear a 'real world' owner saying something similar to all the reviews, as we've just bought this

for Munqe Chick, leaving one left (but probably too small and low travel for the OP otherwise I would have posted it too).

It's simply the best bike I've owned - the most fun and the fastest.

I've beat Strava times that I set on a 180mm freeride bike and I've got to the point where I don't think I could ride certain tracks faster on anything else.

I liked it from the first ride but it took a while (and dry trails) before I realised how far it could be pushed.

Issue 20 of Enduro MTB had a pretty useful " Enduro bikes for under 2,599€" test, worth a read

In my opinion the Canyon Spectral AL 7.0 EX is the best price/value deal at the moment (at least for people like me with a very limited budget) Delivery takes ages but actually I got mine a month earlier than the initial due date
