I'm after new BB bearings, and see BETD do the ceramic enduro ones for £60 which I assume is for a pair. So are the 'half price' ones from CRC also a pair, or is this a rubbish 'deal'?

CRC = £31.98 each, so £63.96 a pair
BETD = £58.30ish, for a pair plus seals etc.
Yes, rubbish deal
