Clammy or not? None of the customer reviews mention breathability just how warm it is.

It is somewhat breathable and ridding unzipped you get a good flow of air through the pit zips. Definitely needs to be sub 10 degrees to be barrable. below 6 degrees its works great with just a good base layer.

I've an original Windchill jacket and wear it when it's too cold/wet for my Gore Phantom but too warm for my Endura Stealth.
It's got good ventilation (underarm zips) and wind/water proof.
Useful.
