They have just been very nice to me replacing some overshoes that broke through no fault of theirs'.
I only emailed asking to buy the part so I could replace it myself, they told me to send them in and they'd have a look. Sent them off and they've just sent new ones back!
Top thumbs up and they now have a loyal customer (well they kinda did anyway as I really like the products and have a few) but this just puts the icing on the cake so to speak.

Can only concur. Top service - replaced 2 pairs of, out-of-warranty, baggies when all I asked was how best to unpick a bust zip and how to replace a broken fastener. *does that make me sound a porker? It was just wear and tear, honest*
