I sent my 4yr old shorts back to them as the zip had broken, expecting a small charge for replacing it.
They just sent me a new pair - no cost. Brilliant.
I shall be buying more kit from them in future. Its good stuff as well which is nice.
I concur. Had a similar experience last year.
Good work Endura fellas (and fella- esses)!
They got back to me very quickly with a few queries about the Stealth- which I bought.
Another that stunned me with superb service was Berghaus - has some boots crack when they were a year old hoping for a repair, got a brand new pair!
Wiggle also shone big time recently.

👿 They make shite
Another that stunned me with superb service was Berghaus -
Berghaus replaced a 3 year old coat of mine which had gone a bit bobbly on the sleeve. I didn't have the receipt or anything so they just said pick some stuff from their website up to the value of the coat (£200) and then sent it to me 🙂

hey, you and other have just persuaded me to order a Stealth - hope there aren't 'issues' with them ? 😆
I have had a few dealing in the past with their warranty and customer service and found them great.
Had the same from Endura.
Had an 18 month old pair of bib 3/4's when the stitching around the chamois gave way and contacted them about a repair. Ended up with a brand new pair rather snappy.
Haven't got the cheek to ask about my worn out 5 year old MT500's though 🙂
Can i ask, did you just return your goods to them directly? or through the shop you purchased it from. I have an Endura jersey with a burst zip which might be worth returning
Returned it to them direct. Cut out the middle man.

I would suggest you call them first - last time I did I was told they would prefer to get it from a shop, rather than direct
Sent back a pair of singletrack gloves that tore on the first ride out. Wasn't too bothered about them as I'd come off and the stitching on the palm had split. Thought they'd want to check them out in case there was a design or manufacturing issue. I unexpectedly got a replacement pair in the post a week later along with a snotty letter complaining that the gloves I'd returned were filthy!
i shall give them a phone. Sent them an email 6 weeks ago but didnt receive a response.
Me too, sent back some bib 3/4's after inadvertent washing machine boiling had destroyed the pad. Sent back to me a couple of weeks later with new pad and no charge.
The Stealth jacket is excellent. I wear nothing else this time of year. Well almost nothing.
I have had superb service from endura. I had a well worn set of bib longs replaced with new when they split, and an old windproof jacket has had at least two zips fitted for free. nice one Endura.
Still waiting after several weeks for replacement for a pair of shorts returned by the shop where I bought them.
Spoke to Endura and they insisted that they will not deal with warranty issues direct with the customer. As a result I had to post them to the dealer who then posted them to Endura and despite much hassling I'm still without them.
Endura claimed the delay was due to them not receiving any post due to the snow even though the shop had sent them a few weeks before it snowed.
The shop have a pair they will send me when Endura agree that they will replace them - how hard is it to look at stitching falling apart and delaminated material?
i wonder if they would replace the ankle zips on a pair of 10 year old clip bib-longs?

Just some washing queries as I don't want to ruin another jacket! I tx directed (Nikwax) a perfectly decent Altura Reflex and that was it - lost breathability despite following instructions to the letter. I HATE chucking stuff away when it breaks!
MrMo, yes, they will. they replaced mine anyway, although not free of charge...
mrMills/Surf-Mat, how did you contact Berghaus? I was going to go via Tiso to get a broken zipper replaced on an expensive windproof fleece, but if I can go direct that might be handy..
