Does anybody have the email address for getting straight through to Dave Turner ?

Got a problem with a new frame and may possibly need to call directly on his (hopefully) legendary after sales.

Thanks in advance

This would be a good start or the email address at the bottom of the page...

Thanks, I'll try that.
But anyone got DT's direct email address ? I need to get a problem resolved quickly- have heard direct to DT is the quickest way.

Thanks

email greg@turnerbikes.com

DT believe it or not is probably busy with one or two other things like running his company. Yes he sometimes answers but even if he doesn't your problem will be resolved just as quick with any of the other guys who work there. DT, Jarett and Greg have always sorted me out.

Thanks ChunkyMTB,
I will email Greg. From past experience (not bike complaints btw !) I have found that things go amiss when using general contact details.

I realise that DT is possibly busy with other things, but I think he should know about a QA issue with one of his most popular designs.

Thanks again

If it's that serious then Greg will pass on the info. Been hammering mine for 14 months with no issues and some people are coming up to two years soon. If there is any issue I know I'll get sorted out.

If you know Greg's address at Turner Bikes it may not be too hard to work out Dave's.
