Power readings were lost whilst riding. I've tried IT 101 and turned off/on. Same with Mac. Don't think it's a dongle issue as that's still getting HR and Cadence data. Also when I change from ERG mode to resistance I can vary the resistance, so pretty certain it's not a communications issue. Tried recalibrating with the MYETraining app but that's not seeing anything either. I'm guessing the power meter in the Direto has gone pop so it'll be back to the shop. Unless anyone has some pearls of wisdom?
Actually the LED on the unit is blinking showing it's not connected via ANT. But still showing nothing when connected with bluetooth.
Have you tried it with an android or iOS device to eliminate the dongle as the issue?
I have a bluetooth dongle and an Ant dongle for use with the laptop.
My Direto frequently dropped the connection (and power) when using the bluetooth dongle. No issues with the Ant one and no issues with devices !

Pretty confident dongle is ok as it's still showing HR, Cadence and controls resistance. Just shows no power reading.
Have you tried it with another dongle? I'd do this before giving up and sending it back, just in case.
The fact it's not showing power in My-E-training either makes me suspect there is is something up with it but better to check the dongle first just to be sure.
yeah probably worth a go changing dongle. I've ordered a new one up. just seems odd that everything is showing bar the power reading. spoke to Halfords where I bought it from and there's no issue getting it replaced. noticed they've got the Drivo for £600 so might be worth swapping for one of them.
I had some wierd behaviour from my direto, often couldn't get it to calibrate etc.
I emailed elite and they suggested using a usb extension cable for my ANT+ dongle. I thought it was nonesense as the PC with the dongle was sat almost next to my front wheel. I added the extension and have the dongle sat somewhere on the floor under my bottom bracket.
No more issues and connection is rock solid.
May be worth looking at.
I've used it for 6 months without any problems whatsoever. If I'm honest I think something has gone pop. I did move the dongle and laptop right next to the Direto but made no difference.
I have this issue right now, how did you finally fixed it?
