I have got a GPX file I want to import on to my edge 800. How do I do it.?

I'm sure it's blindingly obvious but I can't figure it out.

I followed the instructions on the site below, worked for me

Thicko question!

How do I save my ride as a GPX file after I have finished, so I can view and use again in the future?

Sign up to garmin connect, upload the gpx then export it back as a course from connect.

Cheers all. For some reason the file would not upload to the Garmin site so I have dropped it straight on to the device through windows.
