Possibly used the "I have one like this" sale option to copy someone else's auction, it's depressingly easy to screw up your listing when you use that.
Assuming it's a genuine owner anyway- because anyone who'd put those bar ends on a bike in 2015 is capable of anything.

My guess is the seller has used 'specialised' with an 's' as an ordinary English adjective, rather than it being a mis-spelled brand name.
