I am desperately trying to add a bag on my flight tomorrow. But their website seems to misbehave.
Each time I want to access to ;y booking it send me to a page where it says 'reference not available' any one can access to his/hers reservation?

Can't you just logon with your email addy & password rather than the booking ref?
