The ones that are on your bike. Take it out of the shed and go ride.

Rubber ones would be good, FFS just go ride.

I find that it is best to keep the same set of rubber on until it wears out as you learn as you go how much grip they offer on different surfaces.

I love these threads ๐Ÿ™‚

I often question when I read them whether I should be changing tyres everytime I ride somewhere different, I usually deduce no I shouldn't ๐Ÿ™‚

If it's any help I use on most bikes 2.35 Maxxis High Rollers, all seasons, all trails, even on my Alfine'd bike that does roads and bridleways. The Maxxis seem to work well in most situations I find myself in. They are only really bad on very very muddy bridleways then they are next to useless.

But really just get out there and ride.....
