Am looking into booking my easter break at the mo and am wanting to get lots of sunshine on the road bike. I'm not averse to going to majorca, tenerife, etc but want to consider some other options and am wondering where else to look. I want to ride up some hills and eat some nice food. Decent weather too. Does the STW hive mind have any inspiration?
