Another Sunday rideout...
This time meet at Longniddry Rail Station Sunday 24th October for a 11am rideout,
theres a North Berwick train leaves Waverly 10.33am for those in Edinburgh;with return trains from Longniddry on every half hour

This is a easy day out taking in 2 of the old local estates which should be cloaked in Autumn colour...route is 99% offroad with only 1 climb up to the views from Gullane Hill...then returning on trails above the coast, i will take the beach bike if anyone wants a shot down on the beach below the trails at Aberlady point. then a cafe stop at Gosford Bothy, i will check they still have the seats out...
route is tandem friendly with one gate to lift over 😮
3 hours riding time plus stops - thats GMT time everyone 😉
hip flasks welcome and bring some money for the tea/coffee/cake stop...
did this ride before with HH and co,Now its nettle free!,
heres pics from last time, prey for good weather 😮

EDIT; thinking this is the weekend clocks go back?...so mind change your clocks Sat evening for same arrival time 😮

Tandem might be a bit of a squeeze TJ (no progress on the van yet). We could always just lash it to the roofbars.....

Does it start and finish at the same place ? (sorry daft question I know) I might come along if thats Ok if the Midget Van behaves and is working this weekend, never a given. Er, and it isn't raining.

The pics and report from last time looked ace.

Although thinking it through the shifter is duff on the hardtail so it will be the Juliana or the Cross bike I'm thinking it looks cross bikable ?

Druidh - you have too many e mail addys 🙂 - I am also begging for a lift but it looks like that won't be easy - too many folk want a bit of the uglipla.

If you can you can and if you can't you cant. Even a lift back afterwards would be great.

Chap called Weebradders. The chap standing on it. A nice sideways hop of about 4 ft onto rough tussocky bog.

I think the warranty claim will be interesting. Not fit for purpose?

mollski. Get it organised, someone needs too do it why not you.

Pick a route, grab some mates, invite complete strangers of the internet, meet in a carpark, and go play in the woods/hills. Keep it chilled, social, have cake and make sure everyone knows it's a social laid back ride.
