Up the zig zaggy path behind the yoho, at the top turn left to traverse across and up to the summit or turn right to get round to the top of Sticks.

Wot he said. It's surprisingly not that bad a slog IMO. Much better than trapesing through the bog over the Dodds.

Ascend Keppel Cove zig-zags. You can just make out the zig-zags top right on this photo (taken from Helvellyn). Left over Whiteside & up Little Man to Helvellyn summit. Walkers on Swirral Edge

+1 for cumbrianmonkey's suggestion, if it refers to the yoho above Glenridding. Roughly a couple of hours to Helvellyn summit, for normal mortals carrying 160mm fun bikes and not in a desperate hurry.
