So, my e13 Heim 2 arrived today and looking forward to running 2x9. I've fitted and fettled the thing but I just can't get the chain to 'ramp up' on the roller when in the granny ring. Not that I'll end up using the granny but I just can't get it to work as it should.
Anyone else had a similar problem?
