I rode with them for many a year - haven't done for a while now though as I hardly ever ride nowadays.

Great bunch of lads - and if you're new to the area you'll be taken down trails you never knew existed!

(ps - hello Chris!)

Just turn up, don't forget your bike ๐Ÿ˜€
I take it you've seen the list of meeting points on the web site, we generally try to leave at 7pm so it's a good idea to get there 10mins early and we usually go for a pint after.

Hi Tim

Had a few rides with them 2-3 years ago and most were friendly. The rides are usually pretty decent too - albeit usually went on the ones that mimicked some of our normal Thursday night rides.

Stopped going cos I was a bit portly and a smoker, causing me to struggle a bit - they are a pretty fit bunch. Reckon I'd be fine now though.

Bumped into them a couple of Tuesdays ago when they were riding from my local pub - Church Inn, Darley Dale and were doing a Stanton Moor ride. Only recognised a few faces - Tim ^^^ muffin man obviously doesn't ride with them any more and I was asking after Dangerous Dave, but apparently he's stopped too. I think the guy who used to organise the rides and had a LBS over Ripley way, has now moved darn sarf too.

Its never been known that no one turns up, a couple of years ago my van got snowed in at the bottom of my street for a couple of days but about 6 riders still turned up for the tuesday ride. Having said that i won't be there tonight as i've made other arrangements (have you seen the forecast) ๐Ÿ˜€
