I've train travel booked (down Sat/ up Sun) and the coach travel from Dunwich to London. However, due to my awful fitness and work I'm not doing it. If anyone in Notts fancies it, drop me an email and I'll gladly let it go for a fraction of the cost. greg dot hodgson at ntlworld dot com

I did it last year and my fitness was terrible. You don't need to be fit to do it though. It's a really flat route with loads of potential stops. You just need to keep on plugging on.
Is one of my favourite rides of all time.

I know that, by fitness I meant my back. It won't take that distance on a bike at the moment.
