Good?
Pretty well old skool xc, but yes. No good with the details though. The best trails head over to Whipsnade (vet centre I think) across the road is a nice trail that ends up crossing the A4146 and works it's way to Ashridge.

Nothing very special apart from some of the stickiest claggiest mud in the world and a fairly steep hillside to slog up and down.
Beds clay bakes to a fast rolling dream in the summer but can be pretty character building when its wet. like it is now.
