They always seem to be out of stock or I miss out on them on eBay etc.
Can't help on a source but that brings back memories of my first wheel builds.
The website calc is bit rubbish - unless using DT Swiss rims & hubs.
At least with the chart you can get all measurements easier.
Your LBS with a Madison account should be able to order you in, or at least tell you if they're out of stock / when they're back in.

Ah, that's a shame if they've been discontinued - maybe set up an eBay watch and one may come up. It does look like you can manually enter all of the necessary dimensions / measurements into the calculator linked above..
@frogstomp yes you can enter them manually - just the chart & rim keys make it easier to get the measurements.

Agreed, we used to have one in my old workshop. As much as anything you can't always rely on printed / published ERD figures..
