I use the clocks changing as a prompt to pop out my seatposts, re-grease and pop back in.
Even so two of them were quite well stuck and took some effort (both alu in steel frames) - a victim of the damp summer i guess.
So - do yourself a favour. You're welcome 😁

Good shout - cassettes too, esp xd ones (though I know I won't get round to either)
