It's totally NSFW (or anything really, other than consenting male partners).

In all fairness, it wasn't the image rudeboy actually posted, so I don't think a banning if fair, but the mods really need to get that pic away! Hope the thread continues though...

update: Rudeboy posted a quite graphic image in there which I'm now having to explain to Gracie (she's 4) as to why one man was putting his willy up another mans bottom.

Did she ask why you were looking at lots of pictures of women in not much clothing playing sport as well? 😉

One of my old workmates managed to get the boss's laptop infected with a virus that popped up lots of pictures of three guys in a mantrain whenever you connected to the internet. That was a scary couple of days.

GF opened her work emails remotely on our laptop. Told her specifically not to as I've not bothered with a virus blocker for years. Hey presto the laptop needs a reinstall disc and her hotmail has spammed everyone in her address book etc. She swears blind that emails from factories in India and China wouldnt have any firewall problems etc and says its 'co-incidence'- basically shes trying to get out of paying to fix it.

Mutter, bloody' tight yorkshire wimin'.

To be fair it seemed like a genuine mistake having said that he could have edited it if he could see that it was a mistake because the original pic was stored in his cashe.

Banning too harsh removing pic and a good telling off would be more appropriate.

I've posted on the A+A thread, explaining my mistake. I had no idea that an obscene image would appear to everyone else. On my computer, all I get is the original Helllraiser picture. I haven't even seen the offending image (thankfully, by the sounds of it).

Brant, I would never knowingly do anything, to expose a child to such filth. I am deeply shocked that this has happened. I am also extremely angry, with the idiots who decided to link the image to a pornographic one. Totally stupid and irresponsible.

Tom and Mark explained what had happened, and I was completely unaware. I was blocked for a short while, so I couldn't even see what fuss had been caused.

They were probably angry that their image was being used on another website. I'm surprised that something like this hasn't happened before, to be honest.

A mate has some scripts on his site that he lets people use, but asks that they copy it to their server. A Swedish site didn't, so he replaced the script with one that displayed an image of the Swedish chef from the Muppet Show. Someone else who used one found that their site started playing the Macarena whenever it was viewed.

Yup. There's only three options really:

* Get rid of images altogether
* Only allow images owned by the poster
* Accept that it'll happen sometimes

Since it's only happened once, that I know of, in the last ten years it's probably not worth changing anything.

A friend of mine replaces pics linked from his site with one that says " these ****ers are stealing my bandwidth" or something similar.
