Been trawling the internet for a cheap frame for my brother in law and came across this.. seems a little cheap for 2 bikes?
What does anyone else reckon?

they are probably trashed kids bikes, that's probably a bit optimistic for a pair of bikes that will have been beaten mercilessly by their owners
