......what drop outs it comes with? I have one on the way and I was wondering if it comes with a spare 9×135 QR Swopouts or do I need to purchase it separately?

I've got one. It came with 142x12 dropouts. I've got a Hope hub so I just swapped over the end caps on that.

I think that depends on what kind of Hope hub you've got.
I don't really understand it all, but I think the new hubs just need some push-on end caps. The older Pro II hubs need a new axle.
My hub is only a few months old and came with the adapters so I didn't need anything.
EDIT: I would just ask Dan @ Stanton, I'm sure he'd be happy to help out and is likely to actually know what he's talking about 🙂
