I help run the club and we're trying to promote it everywhere we can. We're a non-profit organisation in it for the fun.

Everyone is welcome, bring any old bike. There is a mtb class too.....

Come and join the fun.

I'd quite like that actually. I only have a street bmx, but it does have a brake, would that be alright? I think it may be a bit far for me to cycle there too.

that'll be fine as long as there's no pegs on. There's a few use street bikes to pretty good effect.

Where are you? The track is right next to a rail stop. Or someone may be heading from your area...

I would love to give it a go, though it is 25 years since I last rode a BMX, and as ever with all these fun sort of things I am offshore. Do you only use the track during the summer? I would love to try and get back into BMX. Do you have an over 40 bimblers class

I'd be up for something - prolly just taking the photos, but a STW event could be good.

Currently the oldest rider is well into his 50's.

The whole point of it is fun. We ride all year round, just finished the summer series last week and this is the open event. It looks like it's going to be an excellent day.

The winter series will be starting up soon and everyone is more than welcome to come along and join in with this too. It's a great family day too. Our youngest riders are 4 and some of these little guys put us to shame, haha!

Can you borrow bikes? I've recently moved to glasgow and only have a roady with me. I'd be really interested if that was the case. I've got my Troy lee with me because I planned on heading down to fort bill. I don't know how good I'd be.

Was over today prepping everything, the weather will hopefully hold tomorrow and it's looking to be a good event.

If anyone fancies a good bit of fun then head along.
