She came home and explained what she had seen and that she thought them shifty. I have emailed 18bikes after their break in and a spate of bike thefts from round the woodbine from opportunists.
Would you rather be aware of [people looking at bikes, commenting, acting shifty or in your own oblivious pious bubble? The latter i suspect!!

What would help was if we knew what was meant by 'Dodgy' I always look and comment on other peoples bikes especially if I'm on a bikey weekend up there.
