Okay bear with me here....

I've just bought myself my first full bounce frame with air shock.

Does anyone run a fabric dirt cover for their air shocks?

For everything I read saying that they are worth it there is something to say don't bother 🙄 🙄

Any help would be much appreciated?

Cheers,

Mark

I've never used them. IMHO any dirt that gets under the cover can cause more damage to the shock.

They are designed to work without.

Depends where the shock is located. Rather than a boot type protector which might promote dirt ingress by keeping it near the shock, I've seen people use a 'screening' type cover for shocks that are situated right in the firing line for rearwheel spinoff. Like a mini crud cather thingy.
