Could someone more versed in the dark and evil arts of pressfit bottom brackets tell me if changing from a SRAM XX1 chainset to the new XT 1x12 chainset will mean I need a Shimano BB? My old one is listed as BB92 on the spec of my bike (Norco Range Carbon 2015).

Yes, Sram GXP is 24mm drive side, 22mm non drive side, Shimano is 24mm both sides. (if its 30mm still going to need a new BB)
You can get a XT BB from CRC for about £15.

The bb isn't expensive but I pretty much don't trust myself to change a press fit BB (and don't have the correct tool(s). LBS it is...

So continuing to be thick if my current BB says BB92 then the Shimano BB71 XT bottom bracket will fit...??
